Sant'Apollinare watch over all and during summertime the ancient Franciscan convent invite a lovely balcony where to rest and enjoy the fresh air. The internal, furnished with a very refined elegance, is also very pleasant. From the menu: blew caramel stuffed with soft cheese and a fondue of Parmesan cheese with summer black truffle, spelt soup, roll of buttermilk and spinach with tomato sauce, gnocchi with sauce of pork's trimmings and sheep's milk cheese, roasted Guinea fowl with artichokes flavoured with balsamic vinegar, pigeon en casserole and to finish "crescionda" with chocolate and macaroons. Ample selection in the wine menu and good distillates.
